It is my second time using Sunita Travel agency for my self and family travel needs. I did not know what to expect upon contact since I am the manager of Customer Quality Care at the company I worked. I know the ins and outs of customer quality therefore I always expect a high level of customer care services from all businesses I indulged with. I must say upon contact, the professionalism but yet friendliness I received from the staff was outstanding, it beats my expectations for a small business. I was smiling before my vacation started. Not only the staff made my experience pleasant, since pricing matter to everyone, she went out on the limb to get me the best pricing available on the market that no other agency could beat. My baseline for using the agency for a second time was solely due to my first experience with them. I must say I did call other agencies (3) for pricing before contacting Sunita, once again, it was a different this time yet she blew me away. They made me feel important and the staff actually listened to what my needs were and what was important to me!. And I think that is the feeling all customers want at the end of the day! The probability of me using Sunita travel again is likely.

I have been using this agency since they open. My dad travel 3-4 times to Guyana. Shelly the sales rep is one of the most humble and well manner when serving us. this is the best agency in queens ! trust me when I say the best.

I always to go Sunita travel for my flight...i booked all my flights online through expedia until my mom one day said to call sunita to compare my prices based on my online researches...Always way way cheaper than online. Flight to everywhere..Now this is my go to spot.

I really love this airline. I have been using it since 2012 and i am very satisfied with the service i have received so far, what i love about it the most is the is the special time that the employee dedicates to make sure that they meet your every needs. I love Sueanna she goes above and beyond to make sure that i am completely satisfied. I will forever be grateful and recommend our people to use this airline company..
